Frequently Asked Questions & Submission Rules
⚡ How do I get my band's music on Metal ManiaX?
Metal ManiaX sources its featured artists directly from active band profiles on 440Music.com. You must have an active 440Music artist profile with high-quality original audio uploaded to your media library. The music selection team, including Gypsy and Tommy Bolan, regularly reviews artist stations and catalog tracks.
⚡ Will Metal ManiaX inform me prior to playing our songs?
Yes! Whenever your track is selected for an upcoming syndicated broadcast, the production team notifies you via your 440Music member account so you can share the broadcast schedule and tune-in details with your fan base.
⚡ Will you send a confirmation that our submission was received?
Once your music is uploaded to 440Music and flagged for radio airplay, our automated ingestion system confirms your profile status. You can verify your track's airplay eligibility directly in your 440Music control panel.
⚡ Is a formal press kit mandatory?
While a full electronic press kit (EPK) is not mandatory, having a complete 440Music profile with high-resolution band photos, biography, lineup, and links will dramatically increase your chances of being selected for on-air discussion and Tommy Bolan's track review segments.
⚡ Do I or my band have to sign a contract?
No contract is required. You retain 100% ownership, copyright, and publishing rights to your music. By maintaining an active artist profile on 440Music.com with public streaming permissions, you grant broadcast performance permission for Metal ManiaX radio syndication.
⚡ Will I get paid for songs played on Metal ManiaX?
Metal ManiaX is a syndicated promotional broadcast designed to give unsigned bands maximum global exposure, new listeners, and merchandise sales. Standard performance royalty reporting applies via participating affiliate broadcast stations and performing rights organizations (PROs: ASCAP, BMI, SESAC, PRS) where applicable.
